We are happy to offer our customers some of the best quality beef you will find. Our cattle are seasonally pasture raised, and then grain/hay finished. They are free to roam our beautiful, green pastures all summer long, and then finished on grain and hay. Finishing cattle on grain gives the steaks and roasts a beautiful and tender marble texture. Melanie’s family have been raising black and red angus for years, and are happy to now over retail cuts to our customers. Quarters, halves and whole animals are also available.
